Detailed Description
Working principle and characteristics
1. The SDS series jet fan is an axial flow ventilation fan suitable for longitudinal ventilation in railway and highway tunnels, and can also be used in other similar ventilation situations. 2. The SDS series jet fans are generally suspended at the top of tunnels and can be arranged longitudinally in series or in parallel within the same section of the tunnel, without occupying traffic area and easy to install. 3. When the fan is in operation, a portion of the air inside the tunnel is sucked in from the inlet end of the fan and sprayed out with high kinetic energy from the outlet end of the fan. The sprayed airflow conveys energy to the remaining air in the tunnel, pushing harmful gases in the direction of the fan's jet airflow out of the tunnel. At the same time, fresh air flows into the tunnel, reducing the concentration of carbon monoxide and improving visibility. 4. For tunnels with one-way traffic, the airflow direction of the jet fan is consistent with the direction of traffic. For tunnels with two-way traffic, the ventilation direction is determined based on the magnitude of traffic flow in both directions. 5. The optimized impeller has excellent aerodynamic performance, large flow rate, and high efficiency. 6. The rotating parts have undergone precise dynamic balancing and operate smoothly (impeller balance accuracy G ≤ 4.0mm/s). 7. The steel structural components of the fan have all undergone anti-corrosion treatment, and other anti-corrosion materials can also be selected in special circumstances. 8. The fan can operate continuously at temperatures between -25 ℃ and 40 ℃, and is allowed to run for a short time under high temperatures (≥ 250 ℃).
